You will be responsible for
  • Contributing to the progress of product development projects right from idea generation to go live
  • Ensuring the products have robust design and a high level of quality through their lifespan
  • Preparing model and drafting files and specifications, i.e hands-on par drawings, assembly drawing
  • Preparation of Models and Drafting Files and specifications. i.e Hands-on, Par Drawings, Assembly Drawings, Detailed Drawings using any 3D commercial software, preferably Inventor 2009
  • Hands-on Design Calculations and Process Improvements related to Refrigeration, Air 
  • Technical support for production 
Your education and experience
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years in design & engineering from reputed industries / MNCs with multiproduct range
  • Conditioning & Industrial Controls is an added advantage
  • Exposure to PED is an added advantage
  • Solid knowledge of TS16949 quality tools
  • User Level expertise in AutoCAD Inventor software is advantageous, hands on 3D modelling experience is must
  • Previous experience in design of refrigeration valves & controls or similar products will be added advantage
  • Knowledge of ISO Standards for drawing & International Engineering and Material Standards is an added advantage

Awareness of Industry standards for structural, mechanical, environmental and materials testing of coupon, element/LRU, systems and subcomponents.
Be a self-starter, able to work independently with minimum supervision, positive attitude and highest ethics.
Proactively seek information and direction to successfully complete the statement of work. 
Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional team. Must be willing to work flexible hours (early or late as needed) to interface with Boeing personnel around the world. 
Demonstrate strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Be fluent in written and spoken English, and have high degree of proficiency with MS Office tools.
